Apparatus
2I preferred to integrate b<n>, see the same formulary in Cox 4, 3-4. But in the recently edided inscription al-ʿĀdī 85 we have b-ʿs³b-s¹ and then the verb yfdy; my previous integration seems not necessary.
2fdy: first attestation of this verb in Qatabanic.

3  ʾnby, by Ḥwkm, by ḏt Ṣntm, by ḏt Ẓhrn and by ḏt Rḥbn, and by Ydʿʾb Ygl and by his tribe Bklm and by his qayl ʾlʾws¹ Brnṭm.
The verb fdy is a hapax in Qatabanic; the verb is masculine, but the subject seems to be the goddess.
